Hello and Aloha,

My name is Kristen and I am a freelance graphic designer specializing in branding and visual representation of people, teams and events. I am a full time missionary with YWAM Ships in Kona Hawaii. All of my freelance work goes towards supporting missionary travel around the world.

I have been working 40+ hours a week full time in office at a church for three years and remote for one year now since moving to Hawaii but now only on an event by event basis. I branded 2 summer camps each summer, VBS woman’s conferences and all holidays. I also designed and set the Sunday morning stage designs and presentation screens as well as the coordinating bulletin for each week.

I specialize in creating and branding. I do full creative packages for events including logo, color schemes, in house publication and promotional materials, as well as the necessary in sanctuary screens and presentation graphics. I also enjoy branding for people and businesses.

I work almost exclusively in adobe illustrator with vector based designs although I know photoshop inside out and backwards when it comes to design (not so much for actual photo editing) this last year since living in Kona I have begun teaching myself inDesign and have designed all of the in house and promotional books for all of our outreach locations.
